Refund Policy

In the case of product faults, products damages and incomplete packages, please contact a Noise Maker within 7 working days of delivery at support@agilenoise.com with a clear photo of the product, a clear photo of the package, providing the readable serial number. After 7 working days a nominal administration fee will apply.

A Noise Maker will contact you to arrange collection at the delivery address and the product will be replaced or credit will be given to the value of the product. All items need to be returned in the original packaging at your expense.

Combo orders cannot be refunded, due to the nature of the specific order.

Combo orders must be returned in its entirety at your expense. After it is proved that the combo is faulty, damaged or incomplete credit will be given to the value of the combo.

Agile Noise will under no circumstances make cash refunds.
