Delivery of 3 – 10 working days is applicable once payment is received and reflects in our account.
An authorised person(s) should be present at the shipping address during workings hours, on every working day.
Applicable fees will be charged for any additional trips after the second delivery attempt.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the product, a photo of the package, providing the serial number and the reason for being unsatisfied. A Noise Maker will contact you. After delivery of the order please arrange to return the product(s) to us within 7 working days. After 7 working days a nominal administration fee will apply.
All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging at your own expense.
Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for example no one on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address) we will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package.
